RESERVATIONS
All reservations require a 50% deposit. Cash, check, Visa or Master Card are accepted. PRICING Listed prices are for a one day rental or per event use.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order within 72 hours prior to the delivery Or customer pick-up date, a 50% restocking fee will apply. Cancellation 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick-up date will result in a 100% penalty.
CHANGE ORDER POLICY
All quantity or color changes must be made 5 days prior to delivery or pick-up date to avoid a 50% restocking fee.
DELIVERY
Delivery/Pick-up and Set-up is available at reasonable rates. Our delivery time frames are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Specific time frames will incur an additional charge. Please call for delivery charges.
